Pro-Spec® commercial grade telecom boxes are engineered for heavy-duty use and designed for ease of installation and service for most types of FTTH (fiber to the home) applications. Available with optional marker disc.

Key Features

  • Structural support ribs and reinforced box add strength
  • Secure overlapping cover blocks dirt and debris from entering
  • Molded-in, slip-resistant tread and TELECOM marking on cover
  • 3/8 in.-16 stainless steel bolts deter theft and tampering
  • Electronic marker disc (frequency 101.4 kHz) installed on select models

Applications

  • Give fiber optic cables and splices a clean and secure environment; easy access for service and maintenance

  • For use underground, the thermoplastic polymer pull boxes, handholes, and "flowerpots" are ideal for most types of FTTH installation applications

  • Use the telecom box to protect optic cables and splices and keep them out of sight

Installation & Maintenance

  • Dig to allow for enough depth so the lid is flush with the surface; connect telecom cables, equipment, wiring; use bolt(s) to secure cover

  • Periodically check for damage and replace as needed

Materials & Sustainability

  • Box and cover are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) treated with UV inhibitors

  • Made in the USA
