Clamp-All® Couplings and Torque Wrenches

Clamp-All® Hi-Torq hubless coupling connects pipes in a high-risk DWV pipe system, and withstands high thrusts or blockage pressure on mismatched pipe/fitting diameters. Torque wrenches tighten the worm drive screws on coupling.

  • Slotted shield of coupling is made of 28 gauge 304 18-8 chromium nickel stainless steel; corrosion resistant
  • Neoprene gasket features two sets of sealing beads on each sealing sleeve for easy installation and stability
  • Hubless coupling has worm drive clamps made of 304 stainless steel with screws made of 305 stainless steel

Applications

  • Ideal for storm and sanitary DWV systems in high-risk environments – schools, hospitals, museums or wherever a 15 PSI rating is required

  • Suitable for waste and vent piping applications

  • As part of a complete flow management system, the hubless coupling connects two cast iron pipe and fittings up to 15 PSI, together to allow water to flow through while preventing leaks

Installation

  1. Coupling slides onto connection point between two DWV pipes; 
  2. Tighten screws using a torque wrench (sold separately) to a full 125 lbs. or 80 lbs. of torque to secure in place; 
  3. Interlocking design centers sleeve within housing for easy installation and stability
     

Maintenance

  • Hubless coupling performance issues can indicate damage; replace as needed

Materials & Sustainability

  • Hubless coupling is made of 24 gauge 304 18-8 chromium nickel stainless steel

  • Gasket is made of neoprene; worm drive screws are made of 305 stainless steel

  • Made in USA of domestic materials

  • Onsite flow management protects pipe systems from leaks which can lead to corrosion of pipes, property damage, and issues with the flow system
