NDS StormChamber Start Chamber used to collect, retain, and discharge storm water from residental and commerical sites (NDS SC-1820-S-0)

Capture large volumes of stormwater runoff with a smaller footprint than traditional underground systems using the NDS StormChamber® system. The arch-shaped, modular stormwater chambers can be laid out in unique configurations to fit job site requirements, and stacked to increase storage capacity while maintaining usable space above ground. This 18 in. high drainage chamber features minimum installed storage of 48 cubic feet and internal chamber volume of 24 cubic feet. The start unit is the first chamber placed in a row that can include one or more middle units and an end unit. To increase storage, additional rows can be interconnected with pipe from side portals. StormChamber units are made of thermoformed high-density weight polyethylene, engineered to withstand extreme environments, exceeds the AASHTO H-20 design load, and allow for deeper cover than other systems. Use included SedimenTrap™ devices to capture sediments and help extend the lifespan of the system.
